We discuss the building works, materials, finishes and any items you plan to supply before preparing the quotation. The programme, payment stages and any provisional allowances are agreed for your project.
What affects the cost of an extension?
Size is only part of the picture. Foundations, drainage, structural steelwork, roof design, glazing, access and internal finishes all affect the price. A project-specific quotation is more useful than applying one square-metre rate to every home.
Can you work from my architect’s drawings?
Yes. Include the available plans, structural details and specification with your enquiry so we can assess the required work.
Do you also carry out renovations?
