Flooring and equipment requirements
Tell us which equipment you intend to install and provide the supplier’s specifications. Floor finishes, equipment loads, noise and vibration need to be considered before materials are selected. Where specialist design or assessment is needed, responsibilities should be agreed before work begins.

Refurbishing an operating gym
If the premises will stay open, tell us about opening hours and which areas can be made available. We can discuss phasing and access when assessing the project. The programme depends on the work required and how construction areas can be separated from members and staff.
